By accessing or using Astroey you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 16 years old to use Astroey.

Astroey calculates astrological charts and numerology numbers from the birth details you provide and uses AI models to generate readings and answer questions. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Readings are generated automatically and are provided for reflection and entertainment only. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice, and you should not rely on them to make decisions. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters.

You keep ownership of the birth details and messages you enter. You grant us permission to process them solely to provide the service, including sending them to AI providers to generate a response. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything unlawful or harmful;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service;
• submit content that infringes the rights of others;
• use the service to harass, deceive or harm any person.

The Astroey name, logo, design and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use them except as needed to use the service.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astroey will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on a reading, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and clear your data from your browser.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
