Reduce your full birth date to a single digit by adding the digits of the month, day and year separately, then adding the results together.

Example — 14 March 1992: month 3, day 1+4 = 5, year 1+9+9+2 = 21 → 2+1 = 3. Then 3+5+3 = 11. Eleven is a master number, so it stays 11 (which also expresses as 2).
